সময়ের সাথে সাথে বাহ্যিক দৃষ্টিতে সভ্যতার পরিবর্তন দৃশ্যত হলেও মৌলিক কাঠামোর তেমন পরিবর্তন হয়নি। সম্প্রতি হাজার বছর ধরে চলমান মূর্তিপূজার মাঝে নতুনত্ব যুক্ত হয়েছে। আবার মূর্তিপূজা শুরু হয়েছে, তবে মডার্ন মূর্তি, আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স সমৃদ্ধ রোবট। শুনতে অদ্ভুত লাগলেও এটাই আমাদের চোখের সামনে হচ্ছে।
অ্যান্টনি লেভ্যান্ডওস্কি, ফর্মার গুগোল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার। ২০১৫ সালে সে ‘The Way of The Future' নামক আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স বেজড একটি স্বতন্ত্র দ্বীনের সূচনা করে। যার মোটো হলো, ‘develop and promote the realization of a Godhead based on Artificial Intelligence.'। (১) অর্থাৎ রোবটকে ত্বগুতের পর্যায়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া।
যেহেতু এটি কেবল মাত্র শুরু হয়েছে, এজন্য এ সম্পর্কে বেশি তথ্য জানা যায়নি। তাছাড়া তাদের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটেও তেমন কোনো তথ্য নেই। তবে আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স নিয়ে কাজ যে শুধু ওয়ে অফ দ্য ফিউচারই করে তা নয়, বরং তার আগে থেকেই এই কাজ হয়ে আসছে।
১৯৮৮ সালে চার্চ অফ স্যাটানের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা Anton Szandor LaVey একটি প্রোগ্রাম রিলিজ করে যা ‘pentagonal revisionism: a five-point program' নামে পরিচিত। সেই পাঁচটি পয়েন্টের চার নং পয়েন্টটি আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্সের ব্যাপারে। আমি তাদের বক্তব্য সরাসরি তুলে ধরলাম-

যারা মনে করেন যে আর্টিফিশিয়াল জেনারেল ইন্টেলিজেন্স (এজিআই, মানুষের মতোই বুদ্ধিমত্তা কিন্তু ইমোশনবিহীন) নির্মাণের প্রচেষ্টা এখনও সাইন্স ফিকশন, তারা এ ব্যাপারে বাস্তবতা থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন। এটি কোনো সাইফাই মুভি নয়, বরং একটি বিজনেস স্ট্রাটেজিতে পরিণত হয়েছে। বড় বড় প্রতিষ্ঠান মানুষের মতো বুদ্ধিমত্তাসম্পন্ন এআই বানানোর জন্য নিবেদিত। সেগুলোর সম্পর্কে সংক্ষেপে আলোচনা করা প্রয়োজন বলে মনে করছি।
